1. Who you're buying from
Get Ecom Vault ("we," "us") operates this storefront and provides the digital products listed on it. Checkout, payment collection, and billing are handled entirely by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our payment processor and authorized reseller. Paddle is the merchant of record for every purchase — your payment card is charged by Paddle, your receipt comes from Paddle, and Paddle's own terms govern the payment itself. We never receive or store your card details.
2. What you're buying
Each product is a digital file package (store templates, documentation, and related assets as described on its product page). Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use that specific copy for your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or re-license the files themselves as a standalone product.
3. Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email with a link to your order and downloads; logged-in customers can also access purchases from their account. Because delivery is instant and the product is intangible, all sales are final except as described in the Refunds section below.
4. Refunds
If a product is materially broken, missing files, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right — either by fixing the issue or issuing a refund through Paddle. Refunds for change-of-mind are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once files have been downloaded.
5. Accounts
You don't need an account to buy from us — guest checkout gives you full access to your order and downloads via a link sent to your email. If you do create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to circumvent our inventory or access controls, scrape the catalog for resale, upload unlawful content through any account you hold, or use the products for any unlawful purpose.
7. Liability
Products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Ecom Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a purchased product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
